​Wonderful location!  5 bd/2 ba house. Summer 2024 brought a renovation to the upstairs bathroom, with stunning chandeliers and a make-up room. It also received a new HVAC system in 2024, to go with the 2nd story new windows, siding + insulation for super energy efficiency. This I.U. student off-campus house is 1.5 blocks from Maurer Law,  and super close to Swain and IUSO. The gingerbread dollhouse features a full kitchen, dining room, living room, central heat and A/C, coin-operated W/D, and gleaming hardwood floors. All bedrooms have a full-size bed platform. Bring your own mattress! Also, all bedrooms have storage: the 2nd-floor bedrooms have pretty dressers and the top-floor bedrooms have ample cube storage. There is room for 10 cars behind the house (nose to tail). Parking is free, and we provide monthly pest control and grounds keeping.  Smoke-free, pet-free, and keg free.
